Yuba County permits Septic Pumping Vehicles and Chemical Toilet Rental Companies per CA HSC SECTION 117400-117450. Septic pumping vehicles are inspected for maintenance, cleanliness and ease of identification. Reporting of waste pumped from septic systems or chemical toilets is gathered and reviewed on a monthly basis.

APPLICATION required for chemical toilet rental companies and individual septic pumping vehicles. Also required when a company is changing a currently registered vehicle to a new vehicle.
REQUIREMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT required for each company when a new application is submitted.
MONTHLY REPORTING FORM This form is required to be filled out throughout the month and submitted to this department by the 10th day of the month for the previous month.
