The Be Prepared Fair brings together our emergency responders and community to give our residents the opportunity to discuss safety and prevention for the upcoming storm season.
The fair will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8, 3:30 - 7 p.m. at Eufay Wood Sr. Memorial Park, River Oaks Blvd, Plumas Lake.
We have many partner state and local agencies who will attend the fair. The list below will be updated as more agencies confirm.

Nope, this event is a free resource to the community, and there is no cost to attend!
Yes! Our food truck partners will have food and drinks available for purchase at the fair.
Yes! The Be Prepared Fair if family friendly, and there will be activities and resources for you and your family.
Yes, dogs are allowed. Just make sure they are leashed and cleaned up after, as there may be rescued animals at the event. Keep in mind that the weather could be sunny, and some of the ground at the fair may be asphalt. Make sure your dog is prepared for potentially hot walking surfaces!
