Credit Card, Debit Card, and E-check Payments Through Point & Pay

Property tax payments can be processed online using a credit card, debit card, or e-check. These payments are processed by a third-party vendor (Point & Pay) and are subject to a convenience fee which is paid directly to the vendor at the time of payment; these fees are not charged by or provided to the County. All fees are disclosed prior to the transaction being completed. When making a credit card, debit card, or e-check payment, please be sure to make note of your confirmation number as your payment will take 2 to 3 business days before it is reflected in our system and online. You bank/credit card statement will reference Point & Pay for the charge so please double-check your payment records before disputing any payments. Be sure to have your assessment or parcel number available to pull up your property tax information.

Assessment and parcel numbers consist of 12 numeric digits (ie: 123-456-789-000) and can be found in the upper left-hand section of your bill.

Please be advised that if your payment is returned for any reason, you will be subject to a returned payment fee of $35.00 and your replacement payment will have to be in the form of certified funds or cash.

Automatic Monthly Payments Through Easy Smart Pay

Yuba County has partnered with Easy Smart Pay to offer taxpayers a monthly payment option for current secured property taxes (Easy Smart Pay is a third party vendor). These payments are setup online and are an easy, secure way to break your tax bill up into manageable monthly payments. Payments can be setup via ACH (at no charge) or via credit card (subject to a fee of 1.99%).
