Forms
The Application must be completed when a new public pool, spa, spray ground, or bathing place is constructed or when there is a change of ownership at a permitted facility in Yuba County.
Daily Records is a form that must be on-site at each pool, spa, spray ground, or bathing place. This form has space for the pool operator to log the daily readings of chlorine residual and pH, and to note if there were any repairs conducted, chemicals added, or maintenance procedures completed. The daily records must be maintained at the facility for at least one year and must be available for review by the Environmental Health Department during routine inspections
