The Development Review Committee (DRC) is a committee of the Planning Department that reviews development applications and plans to ensure compliance with County and State building, design, development, planning, and zoning regulations. The DRC is responsible for approving, conditionally approving, or denying projects that fall within its purview. The DRC also reviews and comments on major development projects before such projects are scheduled for review and consideration by the Planning Commission or the County Board of Supervisors.
All meetings are open to the public and held in person at the Yuba County Government Center, at 915 8th Street, Marysville CA 95901. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at 9:00 AM in the Board Chambers. In the event of a scheduling conflict, a meeting may be moved to another location in the Government Center.
As a convenience to the public; agendas, minutes, and staff reports are posted to the Planning Department’s website prior to committee meetings. Minutes are available following approval by the committee. Copies of meeting minutes prior to those posted on the archive may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
