Class Specifications Update

With the go-live of our NeoGov Applicant Tracking System (as of July 1st, 2025), we have moved our class specifications and they are no longer housed on this page. This change will allow us to keep information current and consistent with active recruitments. Please visit our Government Jobs Class Specifications page to view our most up-to-date class specifications.

A Salary Schedule is established by resolution and includes:

  1. A class title for each class.
  2. The salary range or rate for each class.
  3. The salary for each of the steps within a particular salary range.
  4. The hourly equivalent for each salary step.

In an  effort to promote government transparency and openness and comply with Assembly Bill 2040 and pursuant to Government Code Section 53908, the County of Yuba has included a  link to the latest compensation information for elected officials,  officers, and employees via the State Controller's Government Compensation in California.
